I think Wolfali is refering to the fact Regina has never been a thing at SAG. Her only nomination was for Ray, in ensemble.
Well, I doubt that would affect One Night in Miami, since she’s directing and not acting.

But Carey Mulligan is the only performance anyone cared about from that film. I don’t see it being nominated over films like Da Five Bloods, One Night in Miami and Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom with multiple acclaimed performances (and both TTotC7 and Mank are locked at the top).

Best Adapted Screenplay: The Midnight SkyBoy, SAG is going to be very interesting. I actually recently slotted in PYW for ensemble because it just strikes me as such a typical nominee here. Of course, we don’t yet who know who will be submitted, but there are a lot of recognizable names in this cast, which only helps. What that means, however, is that I’ll have to slot in Carey as well, which is when it gets complicated. Actress is STACKED. Between Zendaya supposedly delivering, Amy supposedly having a lot of buzz and Andra perhaps outperforming her own movie, it’s going to be so difficult to predict those last few slots. My Elisabeth Moss prediction has been fun, but I am not sure how much longer I will be able to predict her. I will wait until we get official reviews for M&M and United States vs. Billie Holiday, as well as confirmation as to which screeners have been received.
