Her song Be Alive for the movie King Richard – a 2021 American biographical drama following the life of Richard William, the father of superstar tennis sisters Serena and Vanesa Williams – has been nominated in the Best Original Song category.
All together, Beyoncé reportedly has 102 awards and has been nominated over 200 times. Her awards include; 13 Billboard Music Awards, 9 American Music Awards, 31 BET Awards, 5 Golden Globe Awards, reports The U.S Sun.
King Richard is also nominated for Best Picture, Best Supporting Actress (Aunjanue Ellis), Original Screenplay, and Editing awards.
The 2022 Oscar ceremony will be on Sunday, 27 March 2022 and will be broadcast on ABC.
